1. Usage Rights for Digital Products

All digital products purchased from this shop are licensed for individual, personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or use the products in commercial applications (such as for resale or as part of a product offered to others).
Any commercial use of the products requires explicit permission or an appropriate license.

As per EU Consumer Protection Law, digital products are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal once downloaded or accessed.
EU buyers acknowledge and agree that they waive the right of withdrawal once the digital product has been downloaded.
No refunds will be issued for digital products once they are downloaded or accessed.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

If you are outside the EU, please be aware that local consumer protection laws may vary, but as digital products are non-tangible, refunds will generally not be offered once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
